Dear Family,
Hello! My name is Sara Holland and I will be your young person’s 4th period
government teacher this coming school year. I am very excited to
get to know my students and their families. I hope to bring a passion for
the world to your students and show them all that I have learned. I have included a copy of the syllabus with
this letter, please sign it and have your child return the syllabus.
My educational background includes a Master’s
Degree in International Relations from Queen’s University, Belfast
in Northern Ireland and a
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California ,
San Diego . I enjoyed getting my education and want to
see all of my students go to college to pursue their dreams. I have worked in politics and with charities
in Europe and in the United
States . I firmly believe education,
like life, is a journey. If I can do anything to assist you with your
child’s education or if you have any questions please do not hesitate to email me at ms.saraholland@gmail.com
or call the school at (310) 241-5800.
